Welcome to MatrixNodes. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MatrixNodes. By accessing or using our VPS hosting services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing services, or otherwise using MatrixNodes services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use our services.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use our services
- Authority: You represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
- Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
2. Description of Services
MatrixNodes provides the following hosting services:
- VPS/VDS Hosting: Virtual Private/Dedicated Server hosting with dedicated resources
- Minecraft Server Hosting: Optimized Minecraft server instances with mod support
- Game Server Hosting: Various game server hosting solutions
- Bot Hosting: Discord, Telegram, and other bot hosting services
- Additional Services: Backups, snapshots, and managed services (where available)
3. Account Registration & Security
To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Accurate Information: Provide complete and accurate registration information
- Account Security: Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notification: Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities under your account
4. Payment & Billing Terms
💳 Payment Policy:
- All services are prepaid unless otherwise specified
- Payment is due at the time of order placement
- Recurring subscriptions are automatically charged
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Prohibited activities include:
- Illegal Content: Copyrighted material without authorization
- Malware: Viruses, trojans, worms, or malicious code
- Network Attacks: DDoS, port scanning, intrusion attempts
- Spam: Unsolicited bulk email or messaging
- Fraud: Phishing, identity theft, fraudulent activities
- Crypto Mining: Without explicit written approval
- Resource Abuse: Excessive consumption impacting other users
6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Uptime Guarantee: 99.9% network uptime under normal conditions.
- Exclusions: Scheduled maintenance, force majeure, customer-caused issues
- Performance: Best-effort, may vary based on load and conditions
7. Data Backup & Recovery
⚠️ Important: You are responsible for backing up your data.
We are not liable for data loss from hardware failures, user error, security breaches, or force majeure.
8. Limitation of Liability
MatrixNodes liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the month the issue occurred. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
By You: Anytime by closing account. No refunds for prepaid services.
By Us: Immediately for AUP violations (no refund), with 30 days notice for other reasons.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes resolved through good faith negotiation, then courts of India.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically with notice via website posting and email for significant changes.
