Please read these compliance guidelines carefully before purchasing virtual resources.
By creating an account and allocating computing power at MatrixNodes, you establish a contract agreement and agree to be bound by the conditions listed below.
1. Service Allocation
MatrixNodes provisions virtual instances including VPS/VDS hosting, game hosts, streaming servers, and bot daemons. Resources are allocated dynamically per-plan on enterprise host machines.
2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
MatrixNodes maintains strict rules. The following server operations are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension without refund:
- Intrusion Actions: Volumetric network flooding (DDoS/DoS), port scanning, and malware distribution loops.
- Spam Operations: Emitting unsolicited mass emails or running proxy redirectors for bulk message loops.
- Crypto Mining: Running crypto miners (PoW algorithms) on CPU threads without explicit written authorization.
3. Network Uptime SLA
We guarantee a 99.9% network connection uptime SLA under normal operating conditions. Outages due to scheduled core maintenance (announced in advance) or upstream carrier failures are excluded from refund metrics.
4. Data Restores and Backups
While MatrixNodes operates regular off-site backup snapshots, the client maintains sole responsibility to secure their dynamic databases, code configuration structures, and media assets. We are not liable for data loss from user error.
