Welcome to MatrixNodes. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of MatrixNodes's Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Provided

MatrixNodes offers various hosting services including but not limited to Virtual Private Servers (VPS), Virtual Dedicated Servers (VDS), Minecraft server hosting, game server hosting, and bot hosting. All services are subject to availability and our acceptable use policy.

3. Account Registration

When you register for an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment and Billing

• All services are prepaid unless otherwise specified.
• Payment is due at the time of order placement.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with 30 days notice to existing customers.
• Recurring payments will be charged to the payment method on file automatically.
• We do not offer refunds for services already provided, except as required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Operating illegal file sharing services
• Hosting malicious content or malware
• Operating crypto mining operations without explicit approval
• Engaging in any form of DDoS or other network attacks
• Spam, phishing, or other fraudulent activities
• Adult content that violates local laws

6. Uptime and Performance

We guarantee 99.9% network uptime under normal circumstances. This guarantee does not include scheduled maintenance, circumstances beyond our control, or issues caused by the customer. Performance specifications are best-effort and may vary based on load and other factors.

7. Data Backup and Recovery

While we implement reasonable backup procedures, you are responsible for backing up your own data. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from hardware failure, user error, or other causes. Recovery services may be provided at our discretion and may incur additional fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

MatrixNodes's liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in the month the issue occurred. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

9. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice. In case of significant changes, we will provide advance notice to customers when possible.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days notice. We may immediately terminate services for violation of our acceptable use policy without refund. You will be liable for any charges incurred through the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
